The next time you need to get pumped up for some household chores let Ray Ray’s words wash over you. I really could’ve used this video last week when we painted the first floor of our house.

There is no “Next Ray Lewis”
The Baltimore #Ravens were repeatedly linked to University of Alabama linebacker Dont’a Hightower in the days leading up to last week’s NFL draft. The conventional line of thinking went that Hightower was a highly regarded middle linebacker and the Ravens were looking for an heir apparent to Ray Lewis. Baltimore Ravens Seek Redemption Against the Patriots
The Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots last squared off in January with a trip to the Super Bowl at stake. Baltimore suffered a bitter loss to the Patriots that day when Lee Evans dropped the go ahead touchdown pass in the end zone late in the fourth quarter and kicker Billy Cundiff missed a potential game tying field goal as time expired. The Ravens will host the rematch this Sunday in Baltimore.

Baltimore Ravens Won’t Be Undone By Injuries
The Baltimore Ravens defeated the Dallas Cowboys 31-29 on Sunday, October 14 to record their 15th consecutive home victory. The win came at a high price as three Ravens’ defensive starters suffered serious injuries. Cornerback Lardarius Webb (torn ACL) and future Hall of Fame linebacker Ray Lewis (torn triceps) have been lost for the season, and All Pro defensive tackle Haloti Ngata sprained his medial collateral ligament. Ngata was hobbled against the Cowboys but is expected to play against the Houston Texans in Week 7.

Dannell Ellerbe Raises His Game for the Baltimore Ravens
The season ending injury to Baltimore Ravens’ middle linebacker Ray Lewis created a golden opportunity for Dannell Ellerbe. Lewis went down with a triceps injury during an October victory over the Dallas Cowboys. Ellerbe was thrust into the starting lineup to replace an all-time great and the emotional leader of the Baltimore defense. Ellerbe has proven to be a worthy replacement as the Ravens have gone 2-1 since Lewis was injured.

Banged Up Ravens Set to Battle Injured Steelers: Week 11 Preview
The Baltimore Ravens will travel to Pittsburgh this weekend to square off against the Pittsburgh in the first of two battles that are likely to determine the winner of the AFC North Division. The best rivalry in football will be missing several superstars as the Ravens’ Ray Lewis is recovering from surgery and Ben Roethlisberger of the Steelers is dealing with a shoulder and rib injury. There is no love lost between these two franchises and their fans. Injured stars or not, sympathy will be in short order come Sunday, November 18th.

The Baltimore Ravens earned a hard fought victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, November 18. The win gave the Ravens three straight regular season victories in Pittsburgh’s Heinz Field and provided a much needed cushion in the AFC North standing. The Ravens how hold a two game lead over the Steelers with just six games to play. Pittsburgh will get their chance at redemption in two weeks when they travel to Baltimore for a Week 13 re-match.
